How TECHZOQ collects, uses, protects, and shares information across its software services, training programs, APIs, and business messaging channels.
This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, business clients, SaaS users, students, API users, and communication recipients who interact with TECHZOQ through the website, products, WhatsApp Business channels, email, SMS, and related support systems.

WhatsApp Business API and Messaging Communications
TECHZOQ uses WhatsApp Business API and related Meta business messaging infrastructure to send and receive service communications. This section is intended to provide clear and specific notice regarding our WhatsApp use, consent practices, message categories, data handling, and opt-out mechanisms.
6.1 Why We Use WhatsApp
- OTPs and verification codes
- transactional notifications and order confirmations
- service or account alerts
- appointment reminders, session reminders, and onboarding updates
- customer support follow-ups and issue resolution messages
- approved business or operational notifications requested by users or clients
6.2 Consent and Opt-In
We seek explicit opt-in consent before sending WhatsApp communications where consent is required by law, provider policy, or the nature of the message. Opt-in may be captured through website forms, course applications, project onboarding workflows, checkout flows, CRM forms, or other clear affirmative actions. We maintain records of consent where reasonably required for audit and compliance.
6.3 Opt-Out
You may opt out of non-essential WhatsApp communications at any time by replying STOP, by asking our team to stop via the same conversation, or by contacting privacy@techzoq.com or support@techzoq.com. Once an opt-out is registered, we will stop non-essential WhatsApp messages to the extent required by law and platform rules. Essential account, security, or legally required communications may be sent through another channel if necessary.
6.4 Meta and WhatsApp Processing
When you communicate with us through WhatsApp, data may also be processed by Meta Platforms and WhatsApp under their own policies and platform terms. This may include account identifiers, message metadata, routing information, device details, and service logs. Data shared with Meta is governed by Meta and WhatsApp policies, including the WhatsApp Privacy Policy available at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
6.5 Message Content and Third Parties
WhatsApp states that supported message flows are encrypted end-to-end. However, business communications may still be visible to authorized TECHZOQ team members who manage support, delivery, operations, or customer success workflows. We do not sell WhatsApp message content and we do not share message content with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use. We may use service providers to transmit, route, store, or support WhatsApp communications on our behalf under confidentiality and operational controls.
6.6 Meta Policy Compliance
TECHZOQ aims to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, business platform rules, and anti-spam expectations. We do not intentionally use WhatsApp for unsolicited bulk spam, misleading claims, deceptive marketing, or prohibited categories in violation of applicable provider policies.
SMS and Email Communications
We may communicate with you through email and SMS for transactional, support, security, account, billing, educational, and business development purposes. Promotional communications are subject to applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements. You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages using unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us directly.
Third-Party Service Providers
The providers we use may change over time, but our stack may include categories such as Meta Platforms and WhatsApp Business, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe, AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, SendGrid, Resend, AWS SES, Eocean, Jazz, Telenor, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google OAuth, and Apple Sign-In.
These providers may process information under their own legal terms or as our service providers depending on the integration. We evaluate providers based on functionality, security, and operational fit, but we do not control the independent policies of third-party platforms.
International Data Transfers
Because our infrastructure, vendors, and business tools may operate in multiple jurisdictions, your information may be processed or stored outside Pakistan. Where cross-border data handling occurs, we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards consistent with the sensitivity of the data and the service context.
Data Retention Periods
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including for service delivery, audit, security, dispute handling, compliance, and legal defense. Retention periods vary by data type.
- account and profile data: for the life of the account and a reasonable period afterward
- project, support, and commercial records: for the contract lifecycle and relevant limitation periods
- tax, invoice, and accounting records: typically up to 7 years or longer where legally required
- training records and certification data: for the program lifecycle and thereafter to support verification
- communication logs: usually up to 2 years, unless a longer period is necessary for support, disputes, or compliance
- KYC or compliance documents: only for the period legally required or operationally necessary for the specific obligation
Data Security Measures
TECHZOQ uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the service context. These measures may include role-based access controls, authentication controls, encryption in transit, managed cloud infrastructure, logging, monitoring, backups, secure development practices, and vendor security review.
No online platform or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If we become aware of a material security incident affecting personal information under our control, we will respond based on the facts, severity, applicable law, and our contractual obligations.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the nature of our relationship with you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing.
We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request, and we may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, including where data must be retained for tax, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or contractual obligations.
Children's Privacy
TECHZOQ's commercial services are generally intended for adults and business representatives. For general policy purposes, we treat the Services as intended for persons 18 years of age or older unless a specific training arrangement lawfully supports a younger participant with proper authorization and notice. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Marketing Communications and Opt-Out
Where permitted by law, we may send newsletters, service updates, event announcements, product releases, or marketing communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notification. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism, reply instructions, or direct contact methods we provide. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending essential security, transactional, or legal communications.
Automated Decision Making
We may use limited automated processing for spam detection, fraud signals, security monitoring, traffic analysis, message routing, or operational prioritization. We do not generally rely on solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human involvement. If a specific product introduces such a workflow, we will provide additional notice where required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal developments, service changes, infrastructure changes, new vendors, or operational improvements. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice through the website, application interface, or direct communication where appropriate.
Contact Information
For privacy questions, complaints, data rights requests, or security concerns relating to personal information, contact TECHZOQ at privacy@techzoq.com or support@techzoq.com. Legal notices may be directed to legal@techzoq.com.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan and is intended to operate consistently with applicable legal obligations including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, evolving personal data protection standards in Pakistan, relevant contractual obligations, and international obligations where they apply to the specific service or user relationship.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled according to the governing contract, applicable law, or the courts or regulatory authorities that have jurisdiction over the issue.
